Order comes in
Orders appear automatically in the queue as soon as they are created in the dashboard or via an integration.
Employee selects an order
The picker chooses an order from the queue or scans the QR code on the packing slip. The system immediately shows all products and locations.
Scan and pick products
The employee walks along the locations and scans each product. If there is a mismatch, the system warns immediately — preventing errors before they happen.
Order completed
After the last product, the order is automatically marked as completed. The next order is ready and waiting in the queue.
