1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • OrderPiQR: The service and software offered via orderpiqr.nl and app.orderpiqr.nl
  • User: The natural person or legal entity using OrderPiQR
  • Service: The order picking software and related functionality
  • Pick: The scanning and processing of an order line via the OrderPiQR application

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to any use of OrderPiQR. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

3. Use of the service

3.1 Account registration

To use OrderPiQR, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities that take place under your account.

3.2 Permitted use

You may use OrderPiQR exclusively for legitimate business purposes in accordance with these terms. You are not permitted to:

  • Use the service for illegal activities
  • Circumvent or disrupt the security of the service
  • Reverse-engineer or copy the service
  • Interfere with other users' use of the service

4. Prices and payment

4.1 Pricing model

OrderPiQR uses a pay-per-pick model. Current prices can be found on our pricing page. Prices may be adjusted with a notice period of 30 days.

4.2 Free tier

Each user receives 50 free picks per month. These free picks are not transferable to subsequent months.

4.3 Invoicing

Invoicing takes place monthly based on actual usage. Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.

5. Data and privacy

5.1 Your data

All data you enter into OrderPiQR remains your property. We claim no ownership rights to your product data, order information, or other business data.

5.2 Data processing

We process your data exclusively to provide the service. For more information, see our privacy policy.

5.3 Data export

You may request an export of your data at any time. Upon termination of your account, you have 30 days to export your data.

6. Availability and maintenance

We aim for an availability of 99.5% on an annual basis. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance. OrderPiQR is not liable for damage resulting from maintenance or temporary unavailability.

7. Liability

7.1 Limitation of liability

OrderPiQR is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profits, or missed savings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

7.2 Exclusion

OrderPiQR is not liable for damage resulting from:

  • Improper use of the service by the user
  • Errors in data entered by the user
  • Failures in the user's internet connections or equipment
  • Actions of third parties

8. Termination

8.1 By the user

You may terminate your account at any time via the account settings or by contacting us. No notice periods apply.

8.2 By OrderPiQR

We reserve the right to terminate accounts in the event of a violation of these terms, with a notice period of 7 days unless a serious violation is involved.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
