Pricing and costs
OrderPiQR uses a pay-per-pick model. You start for free with 50 picks per month. After that, you only pay for the number of picks you actually process. No per-user license fees, no fixed monthly costs.
No. There are no contracts or notice periods. You can use OrderPiQR when you need it and stop whenever you want. Your data always remains yours.
There is no limit on the number of concurrent users. You pay per pick, not per user. During peak periods you can deploy an unlimited number of employees without extra cost per person.
Getting started
Most customers are operational within a day. Create an account, import your products via CSV, and start picking. No lengthy implementation or consultants required.

Yes, OrderPiQR offers API access and webhooks for integration with external systems. You can automatically import orders from your online store or ERP system.
Technical questions
OrderPiQR scans all common barcode formats: EAN-8, EAN-13, QR codes, Data Matrix, Code 128, and more. If your products already have a barcode, you can use it right away.
No problem. OrderPiQR also supports manual check-off. You can simply tick off products without a barcode on screen. You can also generate your own QR codes and stick them on products.
Yes. OrderPiQR runs on secure servers in the EU. All data is stored encrypted and transmitted via HTTPS. We never share your data with third parties.
Comparison with alternatives
A WMS (Warehouse Management System) manages the entire warehouse, including inventory, inbound, and outbound. OrderPiQR focuses specifically on the order picking process.
This makes OrderPiQR faster to implement, easier to use, and significantly more affordable. For many warehouses a full WMS is overkill — OrderPiQR offers exactly what you need.
Paper lists have no verification — errors are only discovered by customers. They offer no real-time insight, generate no data for improvement, and scale poorly as you grow.
The hidden costs of picking errors, returns, and double checks are often higher than the cost of going digital.
