Connect Sendcloud — from picked order to shipping label
A shipping label is only worth something if the box is right. Connect OrderPiQR to Sendcloud and create the shipment at the moment every order line has been scanned and closed off.
Sendcloud ships, OrderPiQR verifies
For many online stores Sendcloud is the beating heart of shipping: comparing carriers, printing labels, sending track and trace and handling returns. What Sendcloud cannot know is whether the right product is actually in the box.
In plenty of warehouses labels are printed ahead of time. The stack sits ready at the packing bench and everyone works on volume. If something goes wrong along the way — a line skipped, the wrong variant pulled — it is already inside a labelled box that the carrier takes away. The mistake comes back as a return, as a re-shipment, and as a customer who does not try again.
OrderPiQR flips the order of events. Your employee picks the order on their phone and scans every item. Only when all lines are ticked off is the order marked complete. That signal is the cue for Sendcloud: now the shipment is created and the label rolls out of the printer. What you send is by definition a complete order.
You build the connection on both systems' APIs or, if you would rather not code, through an automation platform such as Zapier, Make or n8n. Your carrier choices, shipping rules and return portal all stay in Sendcloud — none of that changes.
What the Sendcloud integration gives you
Labels for complete orders
The shipment is created only after every order line has been scanned. No more labelled boxes with a missing or incorrect item inside.
Fewer returns and re-shipments
Every mistake you catch at the shelf is one you do not ship twice. That saves postage, handling and a disappointed customer.
A calmer packing bench
Picking and shipping stop overlapping. Your packer only receives orders that are finished, with the matching label ready.
Connect without coding
Build the flow through Zapier, Make or n8n, or straight on the APIs. Your carriers and shipping rules stay exactly where they are: in Sendcloud.

Frequently asked questions about the Sendcloud integration
Sendcloud has its own API for creating parcels and labels. You use the moment an order is marked complete in OrderPiQR as the trigger to create a shipment in Sendcloud. You can build that flow directly on the APIs or without code through Zapier, Make or n8n.
Because a label printed in advance says nothing about what is in the box. Create it only once every order line has been scanned and you ship complete orders exclusively. That saves re-shipments, returns and postage you would otherwise pay twice.
No. Sendcloud handles carriers, labels, track and trace and returns. OrderPiQR handles the step before that: the queue, the picking and the check that the right items go into the box. The two complement each other.
Yes. Which carrier you use remains a decision inside Sendcloud. OrderPiQR only signals that an order has been picked complete; carrier selection and label rules stay where they belong.
Not necessarily. Through Zapier, Make or n8n you can set up the flow from completed order to Sendcloud shipment without writing code. If you would rather build straight on the APIs, our documentation and support will get you there.
