WooCommerce pick list software — connect your store to OrderPiQR

From WordPress dashboard to digital pick list, without printing a single packing slip. Connect WooCommerce to OrderPiQR and let your warehouse pick with barcode verification on any phone.

WooCommerce runs the storefront, not the warehouse

WooCommerce is flexible, open source and powers a huge share of independent online stores. What it does not offer is warehouse functionality. You open the order list, print a packing slip and walk it into the warehouse.

At a handful of orders a day that is perfectly fine. But as volume grows, that manual step becomes your bottleneck. Packing slips go missing, two employees pick the same order, and the stock level shown in your store stopped matching what is actually on the shelf weeks ago.

OrderPiQR takes the paper out of that process. Your WooCommerce orders arrive as digital pick lists in a live queue. The employee claims an order, sees which products sit where, and scans them one by one. Scan the wrong item and they are told immediately — before the order is packed, not after the customer complains.

That solves the two most expensive problems in online fulfilment at once: picking the wrong variation, and stock that does not add up. And it does so without an extra plugin in your WordPress installation and without buying handheld terminals.

What the WooCommerce integration gives you

No more printed packing slips

Orders appear as digital pick lists in the queue. No printer at the packing bench, no stack of paper to lose and no ticked-off list nobody retypes.

Variations that actually match

Variable products come across with their own SKU and barcode. Size, colour or flavour gets scanned instead of guessed, and that return flow dries up.

One version of your stock

Every pick updates stock in OrderPiQR. Push those movements back to WooCommerce over the API so your store never sells what is no longer on the shelf.

Connect without an extra plugin

The integration runs over the existing WooCommerce REST API, or through Zapier, Make or n8n. Your WordPress installation stays as light as it was.

How to connect WooCommerce to OrderPiQR

1

Create an OrderPiQR account

You start free with 50 orders per month. No credit card, no notice period.

2

Generate a WooCommerce API key

In WooCommerce, go to Settings, Advanced, REST API and create a key with read and write permissions.

3

Set up the connection

Connect directly over the REST API, or build the flow in Zapier, Make or n8n if you would rather not code. Just testing the water? Import your products from CSV.

4

Pick and sync back

Your team picks with a phone. Stock levels and order status flow back to WooCommerce, so your customer is notified automatically.

Frequently asked questions about the WooCommerce integration

WooCommerce ships with its own REST API. You generate an API key in your WordPress admin and connect it to OrderPiQR, or you build the connection through an automation platform such as Zapier, Make or n8n. If you would rather start without a connection, import orders and products from a CSV file.

Orders with their line items and quantities, your product catalogue with SKUs and barcodes, and the stock movements created while picking. Your picking team always works from the same data as your store.

No. The connection runs over the existing WooCommerce REST API or through an automation platform. Nothing extra is added to your WordPress installation, so your store stays exactly as fast as it was.

Yes. Variable products come across with their own SKU and barcode. Your employee scans the exact variation while picking, so a size M never ships as a size L again.

A direct API connection benefits from some technical confidence, but in practice it rarely amounts to more than copying an API key. Through Zapier or Make you can set it up without writing code, and our documentation and support will help you along.
