WooCommerce runs the storefront, not the warehouse

Create an OrderPiQR account

Install the OrderPiQR plugin
In WordPress, go to Plugins, Add New and search for "OrderPiqr". You can also download it straight from the WordPress directory. Activate it and you will find it under WooCommerce.
Paste your connection key
Generate a one-time connection key in the OrderPiQR portal, paste it into WooCommerce → OrderPiQR and click Connect. The plugin registers the webhooks it needs and pulls in your open orders.
Pick, and let the status flow back
Your team picks with a phone. As soon as an order is complete, OrderPiQR sets its WooCommerce status to completed, so your customer is notified automatically.
Prefer to build it yourself? The WooCommerce REST API and automation platforms such as Zapier, Make and n8n remain fully supported. And if you want to trial OrderPiQR without installing anything, import your products and orders from CSV.
