The gap between your ERP and the shelf
Exact Online knows exactly what was sold, what it cost and what should be in stock on paper. What it cannot know is whether your employee actually pulled the right item from the right bin this morning.
In practice that gap is bridged with paper. A picking list rolls out of the system, someone carries it into the warehouse, ticks it off and types the result back afterwards. Every step in that chain costs time and adds a chance of error: a line skipped, a wrong item code, a correction that never gets booked. You usually find out at the annual count, when the stock discrepancies land on the table.
OrderPiQR addresses only that part of the process. Sales orders from Exact Online arrive as digital pick lists in a live queue. Your employee claims an order on their phone, sees which items sit where and scans them one at a time. Pick something other than the line specifies and the system warns them on the spot. What was genuinely picked is then written back to Exact Online.
The result is an administration that matches reality, without implementing a full WMS. Your processes stay in Exact; you simply add a reliable execution layer underneath them.

Frequently asked questions about the Exact Online integration
Exact Online provides a REST API with OAuth authentication. That API is used to pull in sales orders and items and to write picked quantities back. You can build the connection directly or through an automation platform such as Zapier, Make or n8n. For a first test, a CSV import is enough.
